ive got a 1.4 athlon t-bird and it heats up the room too hot... is tehre anything i can do to keep the room cooler? like better fans?

if so whats the best/most economical fan i can get for my proc

i also have a mobo fan that i need to replace soon, and 1 case fan

Turn off the computer.
Air condition the room.
Vent the hot air from your computer through a duct to the outside.

Those are your options. No fans in your computer are going to help. The CPU, drive, video card, etc all generate heat. That heat is warming the room. Fans will just accelerate the transfer from inside the PC out to the room.

Your best bet would probably be a ceiling fan & leaving your door open. Regardless of the fans you have in your computer you'll still be exhausting the same amount of heat from it.

I open both of my windows and put a box fan in one. In the same window with the box fan I also put something to seal the open area of the window. Have the fan work as an exhaust fan. It will cause a vacuum and bring the air from the other window out the window with the fan.
