Lower Mobile Athlon XP Voltage

Hello,

I'm trying to set up an Mobile Athlon XP 2500+ in a Antec Aria Case using a crappy Asrock K7S41GX. During normal operation the CPU Temps get pretty high. 50C. I'm wondering if it's possible to do a pin mod to lower the voltage down to normal 1.45?

If that's not possible, I wonder if anyone can recommend a decent mATX motherboard that will allow me to adjust voltage and frequency.
