Lower End Server

I need suggestions for a lower end server motherboard. It will need to meet these criteria, has a RAID slot (not onboard SCSI, just the extended slot to allow RAID cards) can use a single Slot 1 P3 600, ATX format and stable. Integrated video etc is OK but not important. Just point me to a make or model and I'll dig up the URLs, pricing etc. This is just to be used for a lower end server that runs 24/7 headless, nothing critical.
