Hey , all, i have a 2.1mb/200. .. and we have 2 computers on a HUb with different ips.. when i run a speed test i get a 405kbps download and a 185 kbps upload. and the other computer has ofcourse a higher download and upload spead, i checked with different LAN cards, checked with different Cable wires and i still have the same problem, could it be my PC., how can that be though .
any thought?
