Low sound while playin DVDs

I dunno what it is, but the sound level while playin any DVD is much lower than it should be. I gotta turn my Logitech Z560's up to 3/4's or more to hear it. If anyone has Z560's you'll know that's just screamin loud, or at least should be.

I've checked all the volumn settings that i can think of, in Windows and PowerDVD, all set to highest possible settings.

Usin a Santa Cruz Turtle Beach card with the Z560's

Any ideas here?

Playin music or listening to anything is fine...
