low sound from TV card

anyone know how to boost the sound from my hauppogue PCI tv card? I have my speakers all the way up, my PC volume all the way up and the tv card volume all the way up.. it still sounds prett dismal.. any suggestions?

I bought a inexpensive Technics Surround sound amplifier (5 X 100 watts) and connecteds my computer to it. Most bang for the buck!
