Low sisoft memory scores with a7v133 and 700 duron

here is the setup:

a7v 133 bios v1003a
mushkin 128 meg rev2

in the bios the mem settings are 2-2-2 and set to optimum performance.
it is running at 7x140=980.does this seem kind of low?i am using sisoft
2001.
