Low-Profile TV out Card

I was reading the forums and see that some else in this post was look for something simaler to myself. I topo have this case and am looking for a low-profile video card... well it doesn't even have to do video... jsut tv-ouyt so i can run it liek a dvd player to my tv or anyone know of an s-video out card maybe... by the way this needs to be PCI...
