Question Low profile GPUs

Hi brothers.
I wanna know is there a significant performance difference between gt 1030 for tower PCs and low profile 1030 which is for SFFs(smaller PCs)?
In fact im going to buy a gpu for my sff( hp elitedesk 800 g5 2019 edition i5-9500) and suspected to differ between gpus of tower cases and sff cases
Thanx for consultation

I would suspect there will be some performance differences on the low profile card mainly due to decreased size available for heatsinks and fans. All modern GPUs will internally boost their clock speeds until a power or thermal limit is hit (it is usually the thermal limit), and then slow down to maintain the temperatures. So all things being equal a card with a bigger heatsink and fan will run better than one with a smaller heatsink and fan.

Just make certain it is the GDDR5 version. What are the prices like where you live? Might want to look at other LP cards depending. Including Nvidia quadro.

You'll need to provide the actual part or model. Most LP cards do have slightly lower operating frequencies/clocks. Some have half the memory interface e.g. 64-bit where the full height card would have 128-bit.
