Low Profile Dual VGA

The guy I share office space with has a Dell Vostro 220 in a Slim case. He was recently given a second monitor and would like to use it. The Dell only has the onboard video and I am having trouble finding a low profile video card, that is not expensive, that can do dual VGA since that is the only option with the 2 monitors, no DVI. He would only be running office applications on this computer.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
