low profile coaxial cable connection?

I'll be getting a new desk soon and it's going on a wall where the coax cable comes out of the wall. I'd like to put the desk as close as possible to this wall so a L shaped connector would really help out with clearance. I have not yet been able to find such a connector on any cables. Do these exist? It seems silly if they don't...
