Sorry for the lame question, but I've been out of the hardware loop for quite a few years now.

I'm looking to build a new PC that will primarily function as a streaming media server, but also for light desktop use and some light gaming. In the past, I've went for the biggest and baddest card. I no longer have a need for that, and have become annoyed by both the huge real estate that these cards take as well as the significant heat they create.

What I'm looking for now:
-Low profile. It doesn't have to be super tiny, but I want more airflow and also to be able to access my SATA ports easily.
-Quiet-ish. I think this should mostly go hand-in-hand with smaller cards. I don't mind a few fans as long as the card doesn't run super hot or something.
-Light gaming and media streaming. The most that I really do with my computer nowadays is some light WoW or CoD once in a blue moon. I need something powerful enough that I can continue to do this, but I doubt this should be too hard these days?
-2 monitor support. I use two 1080p monitors. I would like to continue. Currently using DVI still...not sure how much that's changed.

Thanks in advance for any help...

Here is the list of the current most powerful low profile cards (ie, HD7750, R7 240 and 250, GT630 and GT640):

(I couldn't find any 750 GTX or 750 GTX Ti low profile cards, which is surprising considering the lowish TDP)

P.S. Here is a pretty nice dual slot card R7 240 DDR3 with a passive cooler for $69.99 FS:

It is only 6.9" long, so I am thinking it will still allow easy access to all your SATA ports. (YMMV depending on the width and layout of your board.)

Thanks. Yeah, my current card is just about 10", so a 7" card should be more than enough improvement.

I need to do some research to make sure that will work with dual monitors (1 HDMI and 1 DVI, I assume), but I don't see why not.

This is probably going to be stuck in my new machine for now. The full upgrade was vetoed :(
