Low Power CPU for Home Server

I was going to use the Intel Core i3-2120T Sandy Bridge 2.6GHz LGA 1155 35W cpu for a server upgrade, but it looks like Ivy Bridge cpus will pull less power. Anyone know when we can see these on the market for purchase?
