I am running a 600E at 146FSB with Abit BE6-2

I am using a 128Mb PC133 RAM running at 146FSB CAS2 but the mem benchmark on SiSoft Sandra is only CPU 203Mb/s and FPU 225Mb/s

any tweaking ideas?

There's gotta be something drastically wrong there. I get 297mb/s and 339mb/s respectively with Celeron566, memory at 103mhz CAS2 on a ZX chipset motherboard.

Sorry, but I can't offer any help other than to say that something is most likely wrong rather than simply slow...

*EDIT* - Have you checked that Level1 and Level2 cache is enabled in the bios - that's the only thing I can think of that would cause such a drastic slowdown

under advanced chipset in the bios, there is a setting(can't remember what its called) that has 2 options, 1 or 8 - 1 for stability, 8 for speed - make sure it is set to 8. i tried 1 and got scores very similar to yours, and 8 on a BF6 w/ a 650E at 142fsb, ram at cas2 = approx. 450/515 mem scores.

I'm running a P3 550 o/c to 733 on my P3B-F, with Micron 128mb PC133 CAS2 memory, and my score go well above 400mb/sec. Check all your settings in your bios. Like that dude said, check under advanced settings, and make sure it's set to 7ns.
