Low leveling a Maxtor Diamond Max Plus

My hdd is on my Highpoint RAID controller and Powermax, part of the MaxBlast software, can't recognize it. Is there another utility that I can use? I really don't wanna have to move the drive to the onboard IDE... Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply, I checked out the thread and tried IBM's Disk Fitness Test, Wipe, and Seagate's SeaTools all to no avail... All those appz can test any drive, but can only format their respective brands...

Anyone know of any utilities out there that would work?
