Low level format utility for microdrives

I know there are some programs that will let you perform a low level format of a hard drive, but is there such a program for microdrives? I'm having some problems with my microdrive, and a low level format just might fix things up.

I'm not aware of any. But wouldn't a full format do the fix? Of FDisk'ing it?
