Low(ish) profile CPU cooler

Hey guys, I am looking for a quiet cooler for my i5-760 housed in my 3U rack case. I wanted to go with the 212 Plus, but it is a bit too tall. I have about 5.5" (14cm) of clearance. I'm hoping to find a cooler that can get my to 4Ghz. Any suggestions?

Here is one premium option since you are looking to do a heavy overclock. You can also replace the fan with a faster model if need for lower temperatures.

I'm using a Scythe Shurikan Rev. B on my i3-530 in a Lian Li HTPC case. It's only 2.5" tall. I haven't oc'ed my CPU yet, so not sure if this will get your i5-760 anywhere near 4Ghz.

Frosty tech just did a review of the Noctua NH-C14 heatsink, 130mm tall, ~5.1", has 2 fans, performed well.
