Low HIGH Low beeps in quick succession for P4C800 Deluxe

Normally there are a series of soft beeps for every USB device plugged in.
 
a series of beeps for EACH usb device; or lets say you have 3 usb devices and have 3 beeps, the 3 beeps encompasses the whole "series"
