Low FPS on CS/Overheating Issue

Okay well i enjoy playing CS, and after about 10 minutes my FPS goes from 100ish down to about 15ish-20ish and i finally found out my problem, my comp looks like its overheating although i dont know much about temperatures of computers, but im assuming since its 262f my comp should be like about to blow up or something. I only have 2 fans on my PC currently, and my friend said they suck so maybe i should like get a new case or something? what can i do to fix this problem? Its causing huge problemz. So I downloaded a program called Speedfan and here is a screenshot while gaming.

C = Celsius
Noone likes to convert from F to C. Please list C temps so we can actually comment on your temperatures. I don't know how hot that is in computer terms because I am used to C.
 
Ohh, i see lol but i dont even know how it got to F from C if its default is C, but anyhow i opened up the side of my case and put up a floor fan right in front of it and it was working fine on CS, was getting about 50fps from the start and stayed around there for about the hour i was playing for, but i know im capable of 100fps since thats what it used to be running on with my 1st 2 minutes of CS then it got too hot and went to 50, 30, 20, and then like 10. So i gues i need to buy bigger fans? Im only using 2 fans, which say '3x25' on them whatever that means. Thanks!
 
Assuming those temps are remotely accurate, something is VERY wrong (ie, it's not the fans). Most likely the CPU heatsink is not properly attached.

What do the temperatures look like just sitting at the desktop, and/or sitting at the desktop while pushing the CPU to 100% with something like Prime95 or CPUBurn?
 
CPU heatsink or GPU heatsink has come loose, or more likely, the fan on one or the other (or both) of them have failed. My guess is the GPU (aka your video card) is the most likely source of your issue since you only report noticing the slow down playing CS and in my experience they are more prone to failure than CPU fans.
To diagnose this run CS with the case open and watch the fans. If it's a loose heatsink, carefully touch the heatsink of your CPU and GPU, if either of them burns your finger you've figured it out.

Resink the CPU, make sure the graphics card fan and CPU HSF are spinning.
