I'm not sure if they actually make cheap toilets without this option, but AFAIK every single low-flow toilet can continually flush for as long as you hold down the handle.
Problem solved
Nope. Then they just slowly fill up. Low flow toilets need the sudden "bang" of water to shove stuff down.
That's a problem with your plumbing not the toilet (unless you bought some cheap ghetto toilet, I wouldn't know about that..).
Mine fills up quickly and I've never had it clogged. Just hold the damn handle down if you dropped a mega deuce.
Do you know how fast your toilet can fill up?
IMO, it is not nearly enough pressure to completely evacuate the content of the bowl in reasonable time.
3/8" plastic supply tube is rated for 3 GPM at 60 PSI flow pressure, or a bout 80 PSI static pressure (maximum pressure that the PRV {Pressure Reducing Valve} let through your house pipping) that is just under the rated pressure that fixtures faucets are engineered for.
In real world practice you will be lucky to get 2-2.5 GPM.
Now everyone run out to your toilet, flush it and time to see how many seconds it take to till your toilet (my hunch is around 40 seconds or more, pending pressure).
