low-fat milk

we only buy milk to cook (healthy food)... so half the time when we buy it... it goes completely wasted. I just felt like some cereal right now... last time I had cereal was maybe a year ago.

You could drink whole milk if you wanted to.
I see you're drinking 1%. Is that 'cause you think you're fat? 'Cause you're not. You could be drinking whole if you wanted to.

The milk is not watered down, it is filtered until it gets to the fat content that they want to sell it at.

1% or less is best, eventhough cereal/oatmeal tastes so much better with 2% or whole.

I like skim cause my roomates wont touch it, plus I dont use much milk and it lasts longer in the fridge (wont go bad as quick).
