Hello,
1. I will use my PC for everyday use. The tasks I'll be performing are browsing websites, and watching videos and movies.

2. My budget is $500, excluding for monitor, Windows software and hard drive.

3. I live in CA, USA.

4. N/A

5. I prefer AMD based system due to my budget.

6. I want to reuse my two years old Samsung SSD 256 gb.

7. I want to run the system at default speeds.

8. The resolution is 1920x1080.

9. I want buy and build the components in two weeks.

10. I just need Windows OS.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ali.

You can build an Intel i3-6100 system with no video card for a little under $500. That will give you more performance then AMD. The iGPU is good enough for general use.

Or build a complete one like Ken g6 just posted in the very first sticky thread in this sub-forum located here:

Just tweak it to your needs by excluding the hard drive since you are using your SSD, and the video card if not needed.
