Low-end GPU for multiple monitors, no gaming needed

I am in need of a low-end GPU capable of running multiple monitors and/or multiple desktops.

It will be used to keep multiple instances of FOREX trading screens running in the background, and will be used to run 2 23" 1920x1080 monitors.

I would think that VRAM would be important is this regard, is that correct?

The PC in which it will be installed is used only for the FOREX trading, no HD video or gaming is required.

All I really need is to be able to keep the trading screens running smoothly as time is crucial.

I am looking to spend the least amount needed to meet these requirements, any input on which cards I should be looking at?

Anything that supports multiple monitors can do this, even new integrated graphics can do this.

See if the computer already has video support built into it.
