Low D/L Speed with Azureus...

I am experiencing REALLY low download speeds with Azureus. This is my first time using Bittorrent, but i think it is something on my end. I have more than enough connections, but i can barely manage 1.9KB/S.

Then when i go to set the maximum the maximum it gives "No Limit" and "2.0KB/S" as the top to choices. Is there some setting that says that is the max download speed of my connection or something?

are u uploading? make sure ur doing that

also make sure ur router isnt blocking the ports

Never mind i found the setting i was looking for lol. FOr some reason the max D/L speed was capped at 2KB/S
