Low CPU scores with 2.4C @ 3.0 with 8IPE

My 8IPE1000 is getting really really low CPU scores in sandra, also other synthetic benches are pretty damn low like super pi (it takes like 100seconds) DivX frames are only around 30. Frames in games are on the low side compared to Athlons running well below 2GHz. Its O/C too 3.00 and RAM is at 415@2.3.6.6. Memory bandwith is pretty high from benchies. Any other tweaks i should do to pump up the CPU? I'm going to try an Asus mobo next week.

Is it running really warm? Might you be throttling under full load temps? What voltage did your chip come at? And what is it at now?

Try turning it down to stock and run the same benchmarks and see how big a difference 600 mhz makes and then you might be able to judge if its throttling or maybe just a poor implementation of the 865PE chipset.

Is this a fresh install of your OS?

I have a 8IPE1000 pro with a 2.6C proc. At stock settings here are my Sandra stats:

Sandra Mem score:
4260 mb/sec

Sandra Cpu Arthmatic:
Drystone 8020 Mips, Whetstone 2199/4803 Mflops

Sandra Cpu Multimedia
Integer 12087, Floating Point 18851

Are you running your mem in dual channel mode ? Your mem may not be overclocking very well.

Odd. Your integer is lower than my 2600+ athlon on stock (166). I think Sandra is WAY tooooooo synthetic. What are your PCMark 2002 CPU scoresw bro?

Go figure the 2.6C has a lower score than a 2.4B

I installed the asus P4P800 and my scores almost doubled. Overall the system seems quiet a bit faster. I'm wondering what was wrong with my Gigabyte. I installed it on my server now but haven't reinstalled XP on it yet. Though i might just do a quick dirty upgrade as it had a P4 already. Anyone know how to enable Hyperthreading without having to reinstall?
