I have a Hispanic coworker who asked me to look for a cheap alternative for his internet access... Hooray, another AOL defector! :) However, most of the no-frills ISPs I am aware of are online-signup only, and I know he would have trouble navigating and getting it set up correctly due to his poor English skills.

Is there a cheap ISP in the range of $10 or less per month, that also has Spanish telephone support so they can guide him through the signup, and (more importantly) offer support down the road? I don't think he would be opposed to a per-call charge for this, because he would have an easier time of it.

Look for an ISP based in Florida or Texas that's gone national - they'll likely have Spanish language support.

EDIT: here's a Spanish number for AT&T. I think it also works for their Worldnet dialup service, but I'm not sure. 1-800-235-0900
