Low carb dieters....

When was the last time you made a mistake or cheated?

I accidentally ended up eating the entire box of Carbolite chocolate bar in one day. I was like JJ Walker in the can for hours. I feel better now.

I also drink diet soda without regrets.

Let the Flaming commence! Anyway, I try to cut down on carbs a lot, but the only "healty" food at my college is turkey, and I need some bread to have sliced turkey. I usually take the big top piece off and eat the bottom (along with a few bananas and diet coke). But I def. splurge during the weekends. I want to be fit, but don't want to make my life a living hell in the process. Eat healthy, but enjoy yourself =)

Definately. If you aren't overwieght just watch what you eat and make sure you get regular exercise. If you are overwieght make sure your first priority is exercise because without it your diet will fail or eventually fail.

Umm, you are worried about a slice of bread yet you eat a few bananas and diet coke??

Bananas wreak havoc on your blood sugar. Lay off those, eat an apple or an orange instead. The fiber in the skin/pulp will prevent your insulin levels from going...er...bananas...
