Low Cap. Hard Drive Noise

Anyone know of, or have used, a low capacity (1GB - 6GB) hard drive that is quiet? I have a firewall running IPCop and the old 6.4GB 5400RPM WD hdd I have in there now is pretty loud. You think a Seagate 2.1GB 4500RPM would be better?
