I love things like Orange Juice and milk. Especially as a late night snack.
The problem is that if I am thirsty, I can go through 32 ounces of either like nothing and these things are not exactly calorie light.
I'm pondering concepts like diluting orange juice with water among other things.
But what is a good healthy beverage that is low calorie. I'm talking 100 calories for 32 ounces. Something tasty but not sugar ridden.
I started looking at juicing but that seems crazy expensive. Interesting things like juicing carrots and doing 50/50 with orange juice seemed like a good compromise.
Also, I'm low on funds right now so something that costs like $2 for 32 ounces is the cap.
