Low Budget Amp for turntable (with DAC)

Sorry guys, I realise these kinds of threads must get a bit old. I've done a fair bit of research, but I'm struggling a bit to come to any real conclusions, so I though asking somewhere that I can specify my particular needs might be helpful.

I've got a NAD c566 table, a ART USB Phono Plus preamp and a couple of Polk Monitor 30's.

My current Topping TP30 is (unsurprisingly) just not powerful enough.

I would like to get a receiver with USB DAC (I still listen to at least half my music through my computer). If I'm limiting myself and quality by wanting DAC, let me know, and maybe suggest an alternate setup. I am also planning to add a sub at some point - though my understanding is that I can run a sub of a 2.0 amp, and run my polks off the sub?

I'm on a student budget, so any suggestions under $200usd would be rather appreciated 🙂 I'm not at all opposed to second hand, but 1) I live in New Zealand so the second hand market here is pretty hit and miss, 2) I figure my DAC desire might make second hand a bit trickier!

Thanks in advance!
