low bandwidth = graphics after update

After this latest update I'm seeing graphics that I did not see in the past. Configured as low bandwidth so I thought I should not see any graphics.
 
Then you dont have standard mode turned on in customize i just did and the toolbar in the message is a drop down so the graphical toolbar is gone the bottom toolbar for reply etc is all text. Its working perfect fine 🙂
