I recently got a BFG GTX 280 OC2 and ran a 3DMark Vantage test and got "P14425"

Is this a good score? Seems too low to me for a GTX 280

My system:

e8400 @ 3.6 ghz
4 gig ram 800 mhz
Corsair TX750
BFG GTX 280 OC2

Here are some other scores. I have no idea why you thought your score was too low. You do realize you can't compare vantage scores to 06 scores or anything, right? If anything, your score is unusually high, considering you beat someone with a 4GHz E8400 and dual 280s.

That's pretty good. On an E6750 CPU (stock speeds) with 2GB DDR2-800, I've tested a BFG GTX 280 OC (slower than your OC2) at P9886 (old drivers from back when the GTX 280 came out). I'd say your score was pretty good.

Yea, that score is really high for a dual core and a single GTX 280, no reason for concern here.

Just a question, do those scores on the website indicate whether the GTX 280 is in SLI or not? I changed the search paramenter to quad cores and the top scores are in the 29k range. If changing to a quad for a single card GPU setup gets you twice the score, then that must mean that the GTX 280's are in SLI, right?

No they don't indicate SLI unfortunately, you have to kinda guess based on the results or go by the comments whether or not SLI is being used. If you select Core 2 Duo however, you'll also see scores in the P20k+ range using SLI/CF solutions.

The do indicate SLI. If you click "Compare", and scroll down to Display Information, "Linked Display Adapters" will be "Yes".

I seem to be getting a low score. For a comparable system
i7 920
GTX 260 SLI
the extreme scores listed are X14000. I'm only getting X9000. What do you guys think? My SLI isn't working?

Edit: I guess I'm good. P21031.
