Low 3DMark scores with GF 4600

I just got a new eVGA Geforce4 4600 the other day, but when I run 3DMark I only get a score of 6900. It appears most people get at least in the 8000 range. Any ideas, I'm running out.

Dell Dimension 4300
P4 1.5Ghz 256MB SDRAM
Maxtor Diamond Plus 40GB
eVGA Geforce4 4600 28.32 drivers

I agree with them.
And that P4 Willamette doesn't help either. Look at the specs of the systems that you are comparing scores with. 3D performance is affected by more than just your video card.
