Low 3DM06 score?

With my setup described in my profile I managed to score this on the 3DM06 demo@ 1280x1024. I was expecting higher but I was curious to see what other people managed to net with similar setups to mine. I assume it is my CPU that is holding me back?

SM2.0- 4265
SM3.0- 4899
CPU- 2070

Well the top score for a X2 and a 8800GT is 13932 so your score isn't that bad
That's with a 6000+ @ 3.5ghz.

Just make sure you select 3dmark06 and not vantage.

That's just a little lower than I scored with my 4800+ at 2.99GHz. Yours is fine.
