I'm currently using a pc power&cooling 510 watt. For some odd reason though (according to speedfan) my 12v rail is only 11.78v? I remember reading reveiws on this psu, and this psu usually does over 12v.
You are still well within the 3% range (you are off by about 2%) so I wouldn't worry about it unless you are having stability issues, which isn't likely. I've seem computers run perfectly stable at 11.64v, which is right at the 3% off mark.
my one under complete full load is at 11.26v in everest, idle is 11.79, the psu is an alright one with 30A on 12v rail, and its fully stable, i think its just a reporting error, as long as its stable i wouldn't worry about it.
The spec on the +12 rail is +/- 5% or 11.4 to 12.6. Except for some of the drive motors, nothing else in the PC uses +12 directly. It is always re-regulated and filtered down to a much lower voltage. As long as your machine isn't acting flakey, don't worry 'bout it..
