I love my new gaming build. It plays all games on mostly maxed settings. The only game I own I'm having trouble with so far is AVP. That game of course needs a new graphics card. I will be replacing it with a 6850 ASAP

I play at 1360 x 768 and every more recent game seems to chill in the low 30's (just eye ballin') with the exception of a handful that decide to bring it down below 20 (AVP, Metro 2033, Crysis, I assume GTA IV). Hopefully I'll be getting a new GPU in the price range of the 6850 within the next few months.

The Antec 300 is way silent on low fan speed. It also seems to cool down my room a good bit lol, so that's good.

I think my wireless mouse is too far from the USB dongle, but whatever... This is a BEAST!
 
I'm also very happy with my new i5-760 build. I haven't done any gaming yet...still in the process of loading software, but I'll get around to it sooner or later. 😛
 
i too love my i5-760 rig. temps are low on stock speeds (and stock coolers!)

paired with an MSI GTX 460 1gb it plays Starcraft 2 @ 1680x1050 at Ultra like a champ 😀

soon to be playing on 1920x1080! (as soon as i quit being lazy and swap in my new rig to the new monitor)

I tested with a few games before I installed the rest. I know what you mean though, I have 600+ GB in steam games alone!

That's one thing I'm limited with my PSU. It is calculated out to using 420W, and my PSU is only 430. I however, will be getting a 6850 or something similar in price within the next few months.

I dunno if I'll make that switch or not yet. The 6850s (and likewise the 460s) aren't said to handle 1080p well.
 
Just thought I'd pop in and say this rig has been on for 3 days straight and the case is still blowing super cool air. This Antec 300 (I think) is the best value I've ever gotten in a purchase. It looks nice, it's sturdy, and it keeps things cool for $60!? Friggin' unbelievable! Perfect match for this rig I think 🙂. I was going to transition my VRaptor drive into this rig when I was done upgrading my workstation to an SSD, but it's so quite right now. The Samsung F3 in it just whispers, and it would be a shame to hear the constant grinding and whirring I do with the VRAptor, especially since I like to go to sleep in my room... lol.

I've been dabbling with overclocking today...

Ran the Intel Stress Test on Maximum for about a hour...max temp was 59C.
