Lousy Via drivers....any suggestions?

So, without thinking...when I installed WinXP on my latest system I went to the Shuttle web page and downloaded the latest Via drivers for the AK31(rev3) board. After installation, the drivers will not work properly at all. It turns out that this version was not XP compatible. Problem is...everytime the system reboots, it searchs for the drivers which can take a minute or two during which time the system is virtually locked up. Is there anyway to remove this installation from WinXP?

Thanks,

Jason

Try system restore or getting the newest ones directly from VIA.

Better yet, don't use any Via drivers other than the ones that are included in the OS. In Win2000 and XP I just use the native drivers and they work great. I've heard that the ones included in XP are 433s.
