Loudness: Stock Sempron 2800+ HSF vs. Stock X2 4400+ HSF?

I bought a retail Sempton 2800+ Palermo to run in a "POS" Antec Minuet II case. The HSF is pretty much inaudible even without any additional case fans. Can anyone tell me how it compares with the X2 4400+ Toledo HSF?

If the 4400+ HSF is as quiet, I wonder if I should spend $60 on something fancier if I have no plans to overclock. (Fancier = Thermalright XP90 w/ 92mm fan.)
