I've been running a Pentium II 350 PC for the last 2 1/2 years. I just got an Athlon XP 1500+ system and it has one intake fan, one regular fan, one PSU fan, and a heatsink fan. It is so God Damn loud. I mean Jesus. I don't have any variable speed fans. Is there any way to make it run quieter (besides unplugging fans), or will I have to get some ear plugs? At least the system runs relatively cool...
 
Hmm.. You could water cool.. get a Rheobus.. or I could set you up with 4 80mm enermax auto temp sensing fans. They adjust in speed according to the temp they are reading. They are quiet fans too..
