Loud squeaking after having work done...

I've got a 2006 Accent. I just had the front wheel bearings replaced and now there is a painfully loud squeak coming from the driver side at low speeds. I can't tell if the sound is rotational or not. A month ago, I had the rotors, pads, and ball joints replaced--that, combined with the fact that the noise started right after having other work done, tells me that the problem isn't something going bad but rather something caused by the mechanic that did the wheel bearings. Any thoughts on what it could be? I really don't want to drive around on this if it's going to cause damage to something.

Does it really matter? The longer you wait the more impossible it's going to be to get it fixed under the mechanic's dime...

If it goes away when you tap on the brakes, it's the brakes, probably from the pads rubbing against the calipers, which is annoying but harmless unless a pad has worn down to metal. But definitely get it checked soon, just in case it's much more serious because a defect with the suspension can be very dangerous.
