Loud Radeon Fan....dammit

I bought a RADEON here and the fan is annoying as hell and is the loudest thing in my system. Anyone have a 486 fan they could drop in an envelope?
I have lots of HS goop (thermalloy thermalcote) I could send in exchange, or I could paypal ya a few bucks? Any help would be great.

Which Radeon do you have?
Either you have a defective product or your computer is super quiet.

Those pip squeak little fan is nothing compare to the other component inside my computer.
