LOUD CLICKS!!! AHH!!!

So...I decided to purchase a 36.7gb Raptor drive this evening. I installed it without a hitch, and when I booted, I heard this mad clicking. Really audible, so I got scared!

But it stopped, and I installed windows on it without a hitch! Woot!

Now comes the real scare. I boot into windows, and notice that only one of my IDE drives connected is detected. So I go in and play with the jumpers, etc...only to have no luck.

Then it occurs to me to try only one drive (the Maxtor 120GB, the one not being detected). I have it in my hand as I boot up the machine, and to my surpise, I do not feel the drive spinning. The power cable is plugged in, and so is the IDE cable. I'm over at my buddy's place now, and I tried it in his machine, but still no luck. I think the clicking was from the Maxtor 120GB, and it's done.

Thank God it's stil in warranty...but I'd like some ideas....
