Loud buzzing/humming from speakers when I use scroll bars

I have an Abit IC7 motherboard with a logitech USB optical mouse. When I use scroll bars I get a loud hum/buzz out of the speakers. I'm using onboard sound.

I have that problem, though the sound comes through my guitar amp which sits on the floor right next to me.
It's annoying to hear a hissing sound when you're scrolling through tabs.
