Loud boot-up clicking on new drives

In the recent weeks, I've bought some drives to setup a Hot Swap RAID-1 x3 storage solution between 2 pcs'.

On the 4 that I've formatted so far, 3 have a clicking noise on boot up. I think one of the drives clicks 3 different times (and I've already put data on it)

Good or Bad?
