Lotus Notes Stationary's Dropping Off

We have a group email box (lotus notes) many people use. There are stationary's within these group email boxes and we are always finding stationary's disappearing. Oftentimes, we can find them in Draft, but it isn't because someone saved them as a draft. What in the world is causing this?
