I have a user who is getting the message "Mail file not found in workspace" when he is trying to forward mail. What is causing this issue, and how can I fix it. It has been 2 years since I worked with notes, can someone help me out?
Is the user working off the server or a local replica copy? Does he get the same error when forwarding from server or local replica? Does the user have his server name defined in both the "Home/mail server:" and "Passthru server:" ?
