Disclaimer: I hate lotus notes, and yes I am aware of the "extra" things it can do. I started a new job where I have to support it.

With that said, I am having problems with a users ID file. Her hard drive crashed but I thought I was able to recover her ID file. It seems that the ID file is also corrupt and I need to recreate it. How or can this be done?
