I am looking for a solution to change the layout for user created folders (not the inbox). User custom views were over written on a recent upgrade.
It doesn't appear that modifying the design and then upgrading the design of selected folders will work because the design does not (that I can see) force the view.
Users can manually change each folder (views, customize this view) if necessary.
This doesn't appear to be possible but selecting multiple folders and then customizing the view would be ideal.
