It something that light, it is 😛 And it's actually the engine from the Celica GTS. The one in the MR-2 was seriously detuned (or it could have been in a different family altogether, IDK)

But CD says its a car you can drive day to day without getting bored of. It better get good mpg because its using an old version of the civic (or some Jap car) engine pushing out 190hp, which they modified. The best thing about the car is that it can compete with a C6 vette at any race track and win for the same price. I know some of you will say the Z06 is a better car so that is not included because of the extra $20k.

The 2ZZGE is a far cry from a Civic engine..
