Lotus Address book integration

I have a Lanier LD122, a Lanier LD151, and a Canon 3570. I want to put my Lotus email address book onto these machines for emailing scans/faxing. How can I integrate this? I've tried on the Canon and it keeps saying that the file format is incorrect. I used CSV, but still having problems. Anyone know what I can do? Thanks
